Notes: Good day today. Sandbag over bar felt fast. This has become an almost trivial weight for me, I'll have to bump it to doubles next time. Sandbag carries went good too, clean up the tech and I can probably get down to 8 seconds easy. I might also actually be able to train some yoke on the sidewalk as well, but it'll be a pain in the ass. We'll have to give it a go and see
